Basic
Basic level classes serve as an introduction to the basic level system. These classes are designed for people with a low sporting level and are centred on sharing lots of information with the participant. The goal of this session is to provide the participant with a positive experience so that they come back form more classes. They're also appropriate for recovery periods after sustaining an injury or wound.

Active
The "active" level is concerned with increasing the intensity level of the training. The greater part of the session is focussed on the exchange of information and the method of instruction is based on motivating the participant as much as possible during the session.

Sport
The "sport" level consists of high intensity training with the focus on motivation. The exchange of information is secondary. The class is a challenge for the participant. The method and tone of communication of the instructor are equivalent to those of a trainer.

Extreme
The "extreme level" invites participants to reset their training limits. In this class there is little information exchanged and lots of energy. This is tough, hard training for people in shape.
