So that you have time to visit the facilities, with no limits and without worrying about when you can work out, we offer extensive weekly timetables. Nobody in the market offers timetables as complete as ours.​

• Parking

Coming by car? Don't worry about parking, we offer 2 hours of Free Parking.

• TGS Key

We offer the TGS key, a modern tool that gives you access to Parking, the entrance turnstiles and your locker; it's also where we register your Personal Training Programme and you can use it to book classes using the terminals at the centre.

• WEB and APP

In the Web you can access your private area, track your training and manage your bookings; in the APP you can also make bookings with ease and track your personalised training, in addition to updating your biometric data.
