Swimming Club

Whether you're an experienced swimmer or if you want to get started in swimming training, there's a place for you in the Swimming Club.

This programme is aimed at the continuous development and improvement of swimming techniques and the physical qualities of the participants.

The Swimming Club offers a trainer who will guide you and advise you so that you achieve the best results, as an individual and as a group. What's more, we promote participation in events with swimming at their heart.

Within our wet areas we have pools for free swimming that are divided by lanes in which the swimming club activities take place. Following the instructions of our swimming experts we have formed a group that wants to perfect its swimming technique and improve its physical condition through swimming training.

Swimming is a sport that's very easy to learn and with a very low risk of injury, due to the fact that it doesn't affect your joints the same way other forms of exercise do. 

The objective of the club is to bring together lovers of swimming and hold training sessions as a group, planned to allow everyone to improve their fitness and participate in Triathlon and Aquathlon trials and also in competitions at a local and provincial level.
