If you want to try different activities and you like to alternate rhythms and disciplines, find the class that works for you in our range of MIXED classes.
These activities can be sorted out into two groups: dancing and combat disciplines
They are included in the Classes and the main ones are:
- Fit ball
Work all the parts of your body, improve balance, tone up you middle and correct poor posture through fit ball. This pleasant activity is recommended for people of all ages and all physical conditions.
- Aerodance
Improve cardiovascular activity and burn up to 700 kcal in each session. Enjoy alternating dance moves from tango, jazz and aerobics.
- Ballroom Dancing
You can get in shape, work your muscles to the rhythm of Cha-Cha, Fox-Trot Mambo, Merengue, Rock and Roll, Salsa and Swing. Perfect for couples!
- Flamenco
Improve your coordination and fitness and learn the basic fundamentals of the Spanish dance par excellence.
- Funky Hip-Hop
Develop your coordination and feel the rhythm working your arms and trunk through choreographed packed with expression and strength to the rhythm of Funky Hip-Hop.
- Boxing
In Boxing sessions you'll learn the techniques and tactical aspects of this combat sport that's ideal for everyone.
- Oriental Dancing
In any of its forms, dancing is a good cardiovascular activity, helping to improve flexibility and strength.
- GO fit kick
A dynamic session with lots of variety, this is one of the most popular workouts of the moment. Gain strength, coordination and concentration with this activity.
- Capoeira
The main movements are kicks, sweeps and headbutts. This body workout will help you develop flexibility and agility.
- Taekwondo
Enjoy this Olympic sport and get in shape with this Korean martial art. Kicks to tone up your body!
- Sevillanas
