Mountain biking allows you to enjoy nature on two wheels.

This activity is suitable for all, with mountain routes where you'll be accompanied by a specialized instructor at all times.

As well as being a fun and de-stressing activity, riding a bike through the mountains increases your lung capacity and allows you to burn those extra calories. Also, thanks to pedalling, you move muscles that are very difficult to work with in other sports.

An alternative to our spinning classes. We organise monthly excursions of varying difficulty, so that all members, regardless of their level on the bike, can enjoy these sessions designed by our area experts.

The objective of the cycling club is to offer a service to bike lovers, discover new routes and trails close to our facilities or routes through emblematic places in our surroundings, to achieve our fitness objectives, pedalling together.
