If you like to exercise to different musical rhythms, discover out range of Move activities.
These are group classes that mainly focus on improving the cardiorespiratory system to improve aerobic capacity and reduce body fat.
They are included in the Classes and the main ones are:
- Zumba
In each session you work the glutes, arms, abs and legs while burning up to 800 kcal. Enjoy dancing and try it out with your friends!
- ADAPTIV box
ADAPTIV box is the most complete workout for toning your muscles, preventing cardiovascular disease and shaping your body. Suitable for all ages and physical conditions.
- Latin Dancing
In Latin Dancing you'll complete a cardiovascular workout following the steps of our Instructors.
- Corebar
In this activity you'll complete a cardiovascular workout following the steps of our Instructors.
- ADAPTIV step
To the rhythm of music and with a choreography prepared by your instructor, you'll work out your body by stepping up and down on the step.
- ADAPTIV aerobics
A real cardiovascular activity to exercise your lungs, heart and circulation system. ADAPTIV aerobic is the class for you!
- Modern Dancing
Each step is structured in eight tempos which go by the beat of the music and thread together to form the choreography. Show off your dancing skills in this entertaining activity!
