Children's Swimming

Swimming from a young age is very beneficial for children's health.
AT GO fit we want to help them in their learning in the aquatic environment, which is why we've developed the children's swimming programme.
Children from the age of 3 to 15 have their space in the fitness centre in these swimming classes. Experts recommend that children begin to exercise from a young age to strengthen their muscles and gain independence.
The sessions are focussed on learning and knowledge of the aquatic environment. At GO fit we want your children to move freely and without fear so that they acquire greater body awareness and feel safe in the pool. After an introduction period, instructors will teach the kids the techniques of swimming through various games. Finally, exercising with other children will help them learn values such as companionship, solidarity and social skills.
