Through our nutrition service we'll give you the necessary guidelines to improve your diet and live a healthier life.

At GO fit, the right diet and nutrition represent a basic pillar for people to become healthier and more active.

That's why we make the best nutrition specialists available to you, using a nutritional education and diet behaviour method based on the principles of the Mediterranean diet which has proven to be effective in the dietary treatment of obesity and associated pathologies such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, etc.

With this method we show you how to learn to eat more healthily and maintain a balanced diet both in adults and in children. This way we help you clarify any doubts and eliminate any false myths or urban legends about nutrition which abound constantly in today's society.

No magic formulas are used, but rather order and balance are called for when it comes to diet. Anyone who wants to lead a healthy and balanced life can achieve it: first you'll be tested by impedance, body composition and a diet survey.

Our nutritionists' method is the following:

  • Dietary Treatment: This is based on  the six principles of the Mediterranean diet and is shown by way of exchanges so the patient can chose different foods with each group. Each patient is assigned a number of portions within the six basic groups considered essential in a balanced diet (dairy, fats, proteins, carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables), and they are shown during the first session how to design their diet and their own meals.        
  • Nutritional Education: Through these technique we hope to: Attend to the healthy dietary habits of the patient and change those habits that encourage obesity, explain what, how when and how much the patient should eat. Explain the basic concepts of nutrition and a balanced diet. Help patients plan their own meals through the exchange system so that they're suitable to their lifestyle.
  • Physical Activity Programme: Our patients are advised through our training specialists on the most suitable physical exercise programme.
  •  Dietary Behavioural Techniques: These are used to change both the individual's food habits and physical exercise habits.
