Here at GO fit we want to help you maintain levels of body fat within the values recommended by the WHO, which is why we offer two specific programmes.

At GO fit we offer step by step physical exercise programmes based on scientific studies so you can lose weight and get the health benefits that come with reducing weight and body fat.

Basically these are two programmes named Life Weight Loss and Life Weight Loss divided in two levels, and which contain sessions that combine medium-intensity cardiovascular exercise of long duration (with bike, cross trainer, rowing machine, top and treadmill) to mobilise and burn fat, with strength exercise that helps not to lose muscle mass and increase basal metabolism.

At the beginning of the Life Weight Loss step by step physical exercise programme an evaluation of physical condition and biometric study (percentage of fat, body mass index) is carried out by the fitness trainer, as well as a free consultation with our specialist to improve dietary habits.

At GO fit we know that controlling body fat within the values recommended by the WHO is fundamental in preventing obesity, recognised in many important scientific studies as a 21st century epidemic. Obesity and/or being overweight is a risk factor associated with  the increase in prevalence of different diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, cerebrovascular problems and dyslipidemia.
